📋 How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data in two ways:
- Through the Mobile App:
- Open the Loyalsave app
- Go to Settings
- Navigate to Privacy & Security section
- Tap on "Data Deletion"
- Follow the instructions to request deletion
- Contact Support:
- Email us at [email protected]
- Include your account email address and request for data deletion
- We will process your request within 7 business days
⏱️ 60-Day Deletion Period
When you request data deletion, your data will be scheduled for permanent deletion after 60 days from your request date.
Why 60 Days?
The 60-day period allows us to:
- Resolve any pending claims or disputes
- Complete any ongoing transactions
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations
- Provide you with an opportunity to change your mind
📅 What Happens During the 60-Day Period?
- Your account will be marked for deletion
- You will receive a confirmation email with your scheduled deletion date
- You can still access your account and data during this period
- You can cancel your deletion request at any time during the 60-day period
- After 60 days, all your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
🗂️ What Data Will Be Deleted?
When your data is deleted, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (username, email, profile data)
- Your phone number and verification records
- All your saves and friend requests
- Your wallet balance and transaction history
- Your subscription information
- Your notifications and messages
- Your P2P transaction records
- Your ratings and reviews
- Your referral information
- All other personal data associated with your account
⚠️ Important: This Action Cannot Be Undone
Once your data is deleted after the 60-day period, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before requesting deletion.

Yes! You can cancel your deletion request at any time during the 60-day period:

- Or use the app settings to cancel your deletion request
- Once cancelled, your account will return to normal status
